UPS Backup Time Calculator
This calculator is a simple Excel spreadsheet where you input your Power Requirements and Battery Capacity and it will calculate how much backup time the Tycon Power Systems Outdoor UPS will provide. It also calculates the extended battery backup time if using Tycon Power Systems Outdoor UPS with Solar Assist which extends the UPS Backup time by adding a solar panel to the UPS.   (Get the Excel File)

Solar Angle Calculator
This calculator is a simple Excel spreadsheet where you input your Latitude and it outputs the best angle to mount your solar panels. It includes both optimum winter angles and summer angles. If angle will be fixed position, we recommend mounting at optimum winter angle all year.   (Get the Excel File)

Wind Power Calculator
This calculator is an involved Excel spreadsheet that can help you determine monthly and annual power output of a wind turbine based on the wind available in your location. It accepts data from our ProWeatherStation data logging weather station if doing an actual site survey. It also has a sheet that can be used for what if's and theoretical calculations based on average wind power in your area collected from wind maps or other sources.
